1. Eligibility and access

All work product generated by the Service must be reviewed and approved by you before use.

4. Your content and your Google account

You retain all rights to the case information and content you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process that content to provide the Service. When you connect your Google account, the Service accesses your Google Drive and Gmail only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may disconnect that access at any time.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Access to the Service may be offered on a subscription basis. Applicable fees, billing terms, and renewal details will be presented to you at sign-up or as otherwise communicated. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google, Supabase, Netlify, Anthropic, and SignWell) to deliver certain features. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
